Reality is a Sanlam Group initiative.

Reality’s objective is to help you – our Sanlam Group clients – by empowering you to secure independently sourced information that gives you an understanding and knowledge of the financial planning process so that you can make informed and sound financial decisions with your financial planner.

In addition, the Sanlam Group has secured a wide range of benefits in the form of discount opportunities from its subsidiaries, affiliates and suppliers so that, when you participate in Reality, you can share in these benefits.

When you, as a Reality member, use these benefits, you are rewarded for doing so and, at the same time, are made more aware of this initiative’s more serious, informative functions.

These Reality terms and conditions constitute an agreement between Reality and you – as a Sanlam Group client – when you join Reality, governing the rights and obligations of both parties each time you access Reality. By joining and accessing Reality, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound to, without reservation or exception, these Reality terms and conditions and as they may be amended from time to time and that you have consented to Reality sharing certain of your personal information with our Sanlam Group affiliates in the ordinary course of our business with you.

  1. Eligibility and exclusions
    Sanlam Group clients are eligible to join Reality if they are South African citizens with valid identity documents and are 18 years or older.

    Sanlam client:

    Eligibility

    A Sanlam client is any individual who is an existing primary Sanlam client and is the policy owner or is the insured party of fund-owned policies of a specified product. A Sanlam client is also any individual as described above who has one or more of the following products:

    • Sanlam Personal Finance (including Sanlam Trust)
    • Sanlam Collective Investment
    • Glacier by Sanlam
    • Sanlam Home Loan
    • Sanlam Private Investment
    • BESTmed


    Exclusions

    • Sanlam Corporate client
    • Sanlam Personal Loans business
    • Standalone PPS client (A PPS member must have a product with either Sanlam or Santam other than the PPS RA to be eligible.)
    • Sanlam Namibia
    • Family membership (Spouses and children of policy holders who are 18 years or older can have their own individual Reality membership, the tier of membership determined by a spouse or child’s own product holding and other qualifying criteria.)
    • Trust or close corporation
    • Cessionary
    • Sanlam Liquid, African Life product and SPI product


    Santam client:

    Eligibility

    A Santam client is any individual who is the policy holder of one or more of the following Santam personal-line retail products or policy sections that insure an RSA-based risk:

    • Content
    • All risk
    • Motor


    Exclusions

    • Santam commercial line (SME client) and corporate business
    • Santam client via Namibia or UK offices
    • Santam client with only a legal-access policy


    Sanlam staff:

    Eligibility

    Sanlam staff – as per definition in South Africa only – is any individual who is in the permanent employ of Sanlam and who has her or his salary paid out of SAP. This means staff at head office in Bellville, at regional client-service centres, at walk-in centres, at kiosks and broker consultants.

    Exclusions

    • Contractor
    • Contractor on SAP
    • PAYE intermediary or tied broker (including Sanlam Group Solutions) on SAP (since such a person is classed as an intermediary)
    • Namibia staff
    • Sanlam pensioner


    Santam staff:

    Eligibility

    Santam staff is any South African-based individual who is in the permanent employ and on the payroll of Santam in any role and at any office.

    Exclusions

    • Santam Namibia
    • Santam pensioner
    • Santam South African subsidiary staff, including but not limited to Nova Holdings, Gilts Broker Solutions, Aegis and Guardian National


    Sanlam intermediary:

    Eligibility

    A Sanlam intermediary is any individual intermediary who is listed on AGT and has a broker or advisor code or is certified by Sanlam as an advisor or as a Sanlam-approved or certified broker and is FAIS compliant or who is contracted or employed by a corporate brokerage or a broker house that is listed on AGT.

    Exclusions

    • Staff making a referral
    • Uncertified broker
    • Corporate brokerage or broker house
    • Broker consultant (since such a person is classed as staff)


    Santam intermediary:

    Eligibility

    • Staff making a referral
    • Corporate brokerage or broker house
    • Broker consultant (since such a person is classed as staff)

  2. Registering for Reality
    You can register for Reality by completing an application form online on our website www.reality.co.za, by faxing your completed Reality application form to 021 706 8750 or by posting it to PO Box 234, Plumstead 7801. For more information, visit our website or call our Reality call centre at 086 073 2548/9 (REALITY).

  4. Personal use of Reality benefits
    1. Any benefit provided by, through or on behalf of any Reality partner (such as Private Label Promotions) or on the basis of membership to Reality is for the sole and exclusive personal use of paid-up Reality members only. Access to and the use and enjoyment of any Reality benefit are for Reality members and their families only.
    2. Unless expressly provided for (in, for example, family gym membership, one-call services and Reality 2FOR1 dining), no Reality member shall access, either directly or indirectly, or be entitled to access any Reality benefit for the use and enjoyment of any person other than that Reality member.
    3. In particular, no Reality member shall access, either directly or indirectly, any Reality benefit in any way whatsoever for the use, enjoyment or benefit of any business or any member, agent, employee, subcontractor or client or customer and the like of any such business or businesses of that Reality member or business associate of that Reality member.
    4. No person, entity or business shall access, either directly or indirectly, or be entitled or authorised to access any Reality benefit on the basis of any association of whatever nature to a Reality member.
    5. Reality may, immediately, without notice and without incurring any liability whatsoever to a Reality member or to any third party, terminate the membership of that Reality member and, where applicable, the membership of any person acting for or acting on behalf of that Reality member whenever any Reality benefit is accessed, used or enjoyed by any person, entity or business not entitled to do so.
    6. Reality members must fully understand and accept that the use and enjoyment of any or all benefits, products and services offered by any Reality retail partner shall be undertaken at their and, where applicable, a family member’s own risk. Reality members also undertake, on behalf of themselves, their executors and their aforesaid family member to indemnify, hold harmless and absolve Real Futures (Pty Ltd) and the Sanlam Group of Companies against and from any or all claims whatsoever that may arise in connection with any loss of or damage to the property or injury to the person of themselves or aforesaid family member in the course of any use or enjoyment of the benefits, products or services.

  6. Reality gym benefits
    Reality gym membership is allowed only at approved Planet Fitness and Virgin Active gyms.

    Reality rewards an active lifestyle by structuring your gym benefits as follows:
    Your membership fee is divided into two parts:

    • Reality membership fee
      A fixed monthly Reality membership fee of R149 is payable for the Reality + Gym option or Reality ++ Gym option.
    • Gym club fee
      Since different clubs have different monthly gym club fees, your gym club fee depends on the club type and club product that you take up. Enquire at your gym to find out which club product your membership falls into. This fee is determined by the gym itself and not by Reality. From time to time – generally annually – gyms either increase or decrease their gym club fee.

      Reality members on the gym option are entitled to discounts in order to reward an active healthier lifestyle.


    Discount
    Your Reality discount is also divided into two parts:

    • Base discount
      All members who are on the Reality gym option receive a monthly base discount of R100, no matter which Virgin Active or Planet Fitness branch you belong to.
    • Usage-based discount
      This discount is based on your gym usage – the more you gym, the bigger your monthly discount!

    Your gym usage is calculated using the last month’s activity prior to your debit order being deducted. Note that the minimum fee that you pay for your Reality gym option is R149 per month. Your deduction date may, in some cases, however, be calculated on the activity two months prior to the payment date.

    How to calculate your debit order
    To work out what your monthly debit order will be, simply use the following formula:
    Reality gym membership fee + gym club fee – (base discount + usage-based discount) = Total Reality debit-order payment for month

    For example, if a member accesses gym 12 times per month, the monthly fee is R149 + R370 – (R100 + R250) = R169. This is for illustrative purposes only, as gym club fees differ. Enquire at your local gym to find out what your gym club fee is.

    Note that, if the total discount (base and usage-based discount) that you earn exceeds your monthly gym club fee, your account is debited with your monthly Reality+ Gym or Reality++ Gym membership fee of R149 only.

    Rules
    • A cancellation fee of R500 is payable if gym members cancel their gym membership within the first year of their gym contract.
    • Members may gym only at the original club that they joined, unless they take out premier membership via a special arrangement directly with their gym club.
    • Reality may cancel gym memberships if debit-order payments are rejected by a bank.
    • The bank account of principal members with a spouse or dependants on their gym membership is debited with the total amount relating to all dependants and principle members on a Reality gym contract. * The payment of fees is by debit order only; stop-order or cash payments are not accepted.
    • Principle members, spouses and dependants pay a one-off activation fee of R900 each, upfront after completing a Reality gym application form at the club of their choice.
    • All members pay an access card fee of R50 at both Virgin Active and Planet Fitness.
    • If there are dependants on members’ Reality gym membership either at the same club or at another club, the above discounts apply to each dependant of 18 years or older; principal members must be a Reality + + member  or Reality ++ Gym member for the dependants to join as Reality ++ gym members under the Reality contract.
    • All dependants younger than 18 years may train for free and pay only a one-off card fee of R75; enquire at your club for more detail.
    • All BESTmed dependants between 18 and 21 years qualify to join Planet Fitness gyms and BESTmed dependants between 18 and 26 years qualify to join Virgin Active gyms as part of a principal member’s Reality ++ or Reality ++ Gym membership.
    • BESTmed spouses are defined by BESTmed medical-scheme rules.
    • There is a one-month notice period to cancel gym membership; members still have access to their gym during this notice period.
    • Gym club fees are determined by the gyms attended and not by Reality. Gyms increase or decrease their gym club fees from time to time, usually annually. Reality uses the gym club fees information received from the gyms to calculate monthly fees payable and does not refund members in the event of gym club fee changes:
      • Reality gym members must, at all times, be the primary member of at least two qualifying Sanlam Group products OR of a BESTmed product to remain Reality gym members. Failure to comply with this leads to the gym benefit being cancelled and Reality membership being downgraded. If the members then wish to reinstate their gym benefit, the required product rule must be met and the members must, once again, pay the applicable one-off activation fee.
      • A one-calendar month notice applies if members want to cancel or downgrade their Reality gym membership, with fees payable in the notice month.
      • Both Virgin Active and Planet Fitness gyms determine their own home-gym fee value, which they change from time to time, usually in January of each year. Any change in home-gym fees, as notified by the gyms, is applied in the calculation of the monthly fee payable. No refunds apply in the case of home-gym fee changes.
    • Members on Reality + and Reality ++ options can only be upgraded to Reality + Gym or Reality ++ Gym options after a minimum period of six months have passed after they have signed-up for the original options.
    • If the member supplies the CC with a sick certificate or flight details where the end date is greater than 30 days past, this request will not be eligible. However in certain instances where necessary, Reality management will determine if the request is valid or not. This will be treated on an ad hoc basis.

  7. Reality fees
    When you sign the application form to join Reality or when you give your verbal consent to join Reality on a voice-recorded phone call, you confirm that Reality is authorised to draw the fees due for your Reality membership against your bank account or roll-up your fee into your latest Sanlam Personal Finance premium as follows:

    • Reality membership: R25 per month (open to all Sanlam Group clients)
    • Reality + membership: R89 per month
    • Reality ++ membership: R89 per month
    • Reality + Gym membership: R149 per month plus a R900 one-off activation fee
    • Reality ++ Gym membership: R149 per month plus a R900 one-off activation fee


    These premiums come into effect on 1 December 2009.

    You understand and confirm your acceptance that these authorised withdrawals are processed by computer through the ACB Magnetic Tape Service/Debit Order/Multidata system.

    You understand and confirm your acceptance that details of each withdrawal are printed on your bank statement or on an accompanying voucher.

    You agree to pay any bank charges relating to this ACB Magnetic Tape Service/Debit Order/Multidata instruction.

    You understand that the fee collection of the Reality amounts due takes place at the first available opportunity and then monthly thereafter.

    You understand that, if it is possible for Reality to consolidate these Reality amounts due with an existing monthly debit-order instruction in favour of a Sanlam Group company against the same bank account, it is authorised to do so.

    If you later cancel or change your monthly debit-order instruction with which the Reality debit-order instruction was consolidated, Reality is entitled, once again, to consolidate these Reality amounts due, if this is possible. If the consolidation of these Reality amounts due with an existing monthly debit order is not possible, these amounts are deducted via a separate monthly debit order.

    You may cancel this authority by giving Reality 30 (thirty) days’ notice, in writing, and you understand and accept that you are not entitled to any refund of amounts that Sanlam Life withdrew while this authority was in force, if such amounts were legally owing to the Programme.

    You agree to advise Reality, in writing, of any changes that may occur in your banking details.

  8. User ID and password
    For security, identification and verification purposes, you must enter your user ID and password each time that you log onto our website for appropriate activities when you use different aspects of Reality.

    Take care to keep your user ID and password secret: do not disclose these to any other person and do not keep them with your other Reality documents. Only you may use your user ID and password; you are responsible for all transactions carried out with your user ID and password.

    If you call our Reality call centre at 086 073 2548/9, we may ask you for certain information, such as your Reality user ID. However, there will never be any reason for anybody – not even our staff – to know your password.

    If you believe that your user ID and password have been lost, stolen or compromised, contact our Reality call centre at 086 073 2548/9 immediately and ask for them to be deactivated. Any delay in your notifying us is regarded as either wilful intent or negligence on your part. Keep any reference number that our Reality call centre gives you as proof of the fact that you have notified us of your security risk. Until you contact us to deactivate your user ID and password, we are not responsible for any transactions performed without your knowledge or consent and we are not liable whatsoever for any loss that you may suffer as a result.

  9. RealityPoints
    1. Earning RealityPoints
      You can earn RealityPoints from various Sanlam Group companies, including Sanlam Home Loans and Sanlam Collective Investment, and rebates when you buy certain Reality products.


    2. Spending RealityPoints
      You can spend your RealityPoints in the following ways:

      • By visiting our online Reality catalogue available on our website and selecting any of the more than 5 000 items available.
      • By phoning our Reality call centre and instructing your Reality agent to buy any of the more than 5 000 items available on our Reality website on your behalf.


      Note that all RealityPoints in deleted member accounts are transferred to the Reality trust account after 30 days.

    3. Shopping on our Reality website
      Reality has an online shopping catalogue located on its website where you can spend your RealityPoints, each point being worth 10c. The products on our website are subject to availability and vary from time to time; all the products and services on our website are detailed in the product description.

      The products advertised in our various Reality marketing material are limited to stock availability and we have no obligation to make any product that has been sold out available, even if it still appears in the marketing material.

      If a product becomes unavailable while you are buying it or after you have bought it and if it is not be possible for us to fulfil your order with a replacement product, we try to inform you within 7 (seven) working days of the unavailability of the product that you have bought and we refund the full purchase price that may have been withdrawn from your Reality account directly into your Reality account as soon as is reasonably possible.


    4. Topping up you RealityPoints account
      If you do not have enough RealityPoints in your Reality account to buy a particular product or service on our website, you can buy extra RealityPoints with rands. You can do this only, however, when you buy the product or service and not at any other time.

      If you cancel the purchase for which you bought your extra RealityPoints, we refund you the product price – including your RealityPoints – in RealityPoints directly into your Reality account.


    5. Address for legal notices
      We use the address that you provide us when you join Reality as your domicilium citandi et executandi. This is the address to which we direct and send to you, whether by mail, telefax or delivery, and you confirm acceptance of all documentation of whatever nature.

      As our domicilium citandi et executandi, we choose the following address: 2 Strand Street, Bellville 7532.

      All notices and correspondence sent to you are deemed to be received by you, as the addressee, if delivered by hand, on the date of delivery, if sent by certified mail, 14 (fourteen) days after postage, if sent by fax, on the date of transmission, and, if sent by e-mail, on successful delivery.


    6. Delivery of products bought on our Reality website
      Any product that you buy from our Reality online catalogue is delivered only to a physical address chosen by you when you buy the product. Such a product excludes airtime, since this is automatically loaded onto your cell phone within 24 (twenty-four) hours. No product, excluding magazines, is delivered to a postal address; in the case of magazines, make sure that the delivery address is one where you receive delivery of post by the South African Postal Services.

      The physical address chosen by you must be within the borders of the Republic of South Africa. We do not deliver to all areas in the Republic of South Africa and these areas are designated as restricted areas. We phone you if your physical address falls in a restricted area.

      We are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or theft of a product that you buy if you have provided us with your physical home address and you have authorised a family member, friend, domestic worker and/or security officer to accept delivery of the product.


    7. Pricing of products on our Reality website
      We reserve the right to change the selling price of any of or all our products from time to time without prior notification.

    8. Returns and refunds
      All returns and refunds are subject to our suppliers’ returns and refunds policies and to Reality’s terms and conditions. We therefore do not guarantee the replacement of returned products, as this is subject to our suppliers’ stock availability.

      You can return a product or ask for a refund only in the following circumstances:

      • If a product is damaged before it is delivered.
      • If a product is faulty when it is delivered.
      • If the incorrect product is delivered.


      No returns or refunds are accepted after 7 (seven) days of the delivery of a product.


    9. RealityPoints are not cash
      You cannot sell, issue, exchange, barter or redeem RealityPoints for cash for any reason whatsoever.

    10. Tax on RealityPoints
      Consult your tax advisor on any tax issues pertaining to RealityPoints that you earn or spend through Reality.


    11. Using your Reality card
      Only you may use your Reality card and then only for identification purposes.
      You may have only one Reality card linked to your Reality account.


    12. Dormant status of your Reality account
      If you do not earn RealityPoints or spend RealityPoints in your Reality account for 6 (six) months, your account is considered dormant. We then deduct a dormancy administration fee from your Reality account every month to cover the costs of maintaining your account on our system until you either earn or spend RealityPoints or until your account reaches a zero balance, whichever comes first. We may then close your Reality account.


    13. Deceased estates
      The beneficiaries and/or executor of a deceased estate must notify Reality in the event of the death of a Reality member. All RealityPoints in Reality accounts belonging to deceased estates are frozen. The executor of a deceased estate can transfer the RealityPoints in such Reality accounts to another member’s Reality account or the personal Reality account is closed and the points are forfeited.


    14. Fraudulent activities
      We are committed to ensuring the security of your use of.

      We therefore reserve the right to investigate any loss suffered by you alleged to have occurred as a result of fraud via our Reality website or your Reality card.

      If you are a victim of fraud, inform us immediately as soon as you become aware that a fraudulent transaction has occurred on your Reality account and report the matter to your nearest police station. You will be required to cooperate both with us and with the police in any investigation conducted into any loss that you may suffer. We investigate all reported cases of Reality fraud and, provided that you comply with the safety measures listed in our security policy, we may reimburse you after the investigation and prosecution for any loss that you may suffer because of fraud that has occurred via our Reality website or your Reality card.


    15. Charges to your Reality account
      Note that, when you complete the registration form, you authorise us to make the following withdrawals from your Reality account:

      • The value, in RealityPoints, of any amount that may be due by you to us.
      • Dormancy administration fees on all dormant Reality accounts as from the sixth month of dormancy.
      • The value, in RealityPoints, of any amount that you may have obtained as a result of fraud or misconduct or that we did not intend to accrue to you.


    16. Lost, stolen or damaged Reality cards
      If your Reality card is lost, stolen or damaged, it is your responsibility to cancel your Reality card immediately either online on our Reality website or by calling our Reality call centre at 086 073 2548/9.

  10. Welcome packs
    It may take up to six weeks before members receive their welcome packs, as this depends on the postage system. Your welcome pack will include your Reality card and Reality Programme book.

  12. Contact details
    Reality uses the contact details provided by you to communicate with you.

    It is your responsibility to make sure that your contact details at Reality are current and valid. Reality takes no responsibility for any loss to you because of your contact details not being current or valid.


  13. Competitions, promotions and new services
    As a Reality member, you can enter our competitions as many times as you like via sms and only once via e-mail per competition.

    The judges’ decisions on all competitions are final.

    Reality is not responsible for any fulfilment, inquiry or health-related problem resulting either directly or indirectly from winning or using a prize or for any other claim related to a prize sponsored by a preferred partner or for any claim whatsoever.

    Specific terms and conditions apply to certain prizes.

    Prizes can differ from their images.

    Once a winner has been selected and there is difficulty in contacting the winner, Reality will take seven days to come into contact with her or him. If after day seven the winner still cannot be reached Reality has the right to select another winner in the place of the previous winner.

    No late correspondence is entered into and no late entries are allowed.

    From time to time, we may run competitions and promotions and offer you various new services; since these competitions, promotions and new services differ over time, Reality terms and conditions are updated on the website as and when necessary.

  14. Ending your participation in Reality
    We may end your participation in Reality at any time, for any reason whatsoever, on notice to you. Such termination will not affect any instruction given to us and not yet carried out. You will then have 30 (thirty) days to spend your RealityPoints, unless:

    • we believe that your behaviour was inappropriate or constituted misconduct;
    • you breached these or any other Reality terms and conditions relevant to Reality; or
    • you conducted a fraudulent transaction either directly or indirectly;


    in which cases you will immediately forfeit your RealityPoints.

    If we end your participation in Reality, we will not be liable for any damage or loss, of any nature, suffered by you or any third party.

    You may end your participation in Reality on 30 (thirty) days’ prior notice to us via fax (021 700 8750), e-mail (info@reality.co.za), phone (086 073 2548/9) or letter. During this notice period, you, as an individual, may spend, donate or transfer your RealityPoints to other existing Reality accounts. If you do not do so, you forfeit all the RealityPoints in your personal Reality account when it is closed.

    Benefits available through Reality are no longer available to you on the termination of your membership of Reality.

  15. Privacy policy and security
    Consent is given that member information may be shared directly or through a data base operation with partners or suppliers of Reality. Sharing of Information can be in such a detailed, abbreviated or coded form as may from time to time be decided by Reality or by the operators. Sharing of data is for the purpose of providing the Reality service and/or benefits for members. This includes sending and/or receiving member data to and from partners and suppliers.

    When you call our Reality call centre at 086 073 2548/9, you allow us to record your call for security reasons, client care and compliance with various laws. We do, however, respect your privacy and your personal information. We therefore take all reasonable precaution, in accordance with our privacy policy, to protect your personal information and to keep it confidential, even when you are no longer a member of Reality.

    Information transmitted via the internet or other networks, whether wireless or otherwise, may be subject to interception. We therefore take all reasonable precaution to ensure that your use of Reality is secure but we are not liable for any loss or damage that you may suffer because of your using Reality.

    If you want to prevent others from reading e-mails that we send you, set up your own password protection on your system at home or work.

    Our Reality website may be unavailable from time to time because of routine maintenance or emergency repairs or because of the unavailability of electricity, telecommunications systems or networks.

    Sanlam is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred because of the unavailability of the Reality website.

    For your convenience, our Reality website contains links to the websites of other parties (third-party websites). By making these hyperlinks available, we neither endorse nor recommend any of these third-party websites or their content, the products or services that they offer, or the owners of these third-party websites. It is your responsibility to make sure that you obtain all information relevant to making a decision and that you read the privacy and security policies on such third-party websites. We are not liable for any loss or damage that you may suffer, whether directly or indirectly, because of your use of these third-party websites.

  18. No representations or warranties and limitation of liability
    While we make every effort to update the information on our Reality website on a regular basis, we make no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability of the information on any of our website pages and we are not bound, in any manner, by such information.

    We reserve the right to change or discontinue an aspect, feature or service offered on our Reality website at any time and without notice.

    1. Modification, suspension or termination of Reality
      We may change, suspend or discontinue Reality at any time at our sole discretion. We will, however, notify you of this within a reasonable time of these changes being made.


    2. Nature and purpose of information provided by Reality
      Note that, unless expressly stated in writing, no information provided by Reality is or is intended to be advice of any nature, whether financial or legal. No information provided by Reality replaces or relieves you of the need to seek and obtain the services of a professional financial, legal or other professional advisor, nor is it intended to do so.


    3. No warranties
      None of these Reality terms and conditions can be waived, amended, added to or deleted, unless such waiver, amendment, addition or deletion is put in writing and is signed by both parties. No party is bound by any express or implied term, representation, warranty, promise or the like not recorded therein, whether it induced the agreement and/or whether it was negligent or not.


    4. Limitation of liability
      Our sole and total liability to you or any third party, including your dependants, for any loss or damage, no matter how this arises, does not, under any circumstances, exceed the value of the RealityPoints that you have in credit in your personal Reality account, provided that you comply with all our Reality terms and conditions.

      We are not liable to you or any third party for any loss, death, disability, injury or damage suffered by you or any third party, including your dependants, arising out of, in connection with, as a result of or related to your use of the services or products of any Reality partner. You agree and confirm your acceptance that any claim, of whatever nature, is instituted only against the partner concerned.

      You hereby indemnify us and keep our employees indemnified against all actions, proceedings, costs, damages, expenses, penalties, claims, demands and liabilities of any kind arising directly from death, disability, injury or damage suffered by your dependant’s participation in Reality, as contemplated in these Reality terms and conditions.

  19. Law governing our relationship
    These Reality terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

    If any of these Reality terms and conditions are held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, such Reality terms and conditions are severable from the remaining Reality terms and conditions, which continue to be valid and enforceable.

    We may amend these Reality terms and conditions from time to time. Such amended Reality terms and conditions will be available on our website and will be posted or faxed to you on request. We are entitled to assume that you agree to be bound to an amended version of the terms and conditions.
