ACCOMMODATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Rates only valid for members of Sanlam Reality.
- Rates are per person per night sharing in a standard room. Luxury and family room rates available on request.
- Children under 18 (max 2) sharing with parents in family accommodation will be accommodated free but pay for all meals and extras.
- Minimum stay of 2 nights. The rate will not be applicable to 1 night stay bookings.
- Rates only valid for bookings made online through the Sanlam Reality website. No bookings can be made through the Call Centre.
- A maximum of two rooms can be reserved per booking.
- Existing bookings will not be converted.
- Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival date will attract a cancellation fee of the first night’s accommodation.
- Identification in the form of passport, driver’s license or ID will be required at check-in at the hotel.
- Rates are subject to availability and must be guaranteed by credit card when making a reservation, and must be prepaid on arrival.
- Please note that additional Terms and Conditions may apply.
- Rates are valid for South African residents only.
- Rates are valid for leisure travellers only.
- Rates not applicable for corporate individual travellers, group or conferencing bookings.
- Rates include: Breakfast for adults and relevant taxes.
- The confirmation letter must be produced when arriving at the hotel.
