Moms and Tots:
A programme that has been specifically developed for toddlers in the 1 – 3½ year age group, to enhance co-ordination and perception skills. It is designed to stimulate the love of learning, increase self-confidence and a feeling of self-worth in the toddler. It also aims to enrich the mother/toddler relationship which is often jeopardised by the frenzied rush of modern lifestyle. Busy schedules often intervene and the importance of play can be lost.

Moms and Babes:
A programme that has been specifically designed for parents and their babies who are in the 2 to 12 month age group. Both mom and baby will benefit by attending the workshop. The workshop includes:
- Guided play and exploration with age appropriate toys
- Easy to do exercises for Mom and Baby
- Fun and movement to music
- “Feeling” experiences to educate the sense of touch
