How can I become a member of Reality?

I wanted to buy a television set and phoned Reality. They did not give me the cheapest price. How does it work?
The value of our service is not exclusively based on the best price as demand and supply determines price. We add value to you as a member by saving you time on phoning different suppliers and comparing prices as well as negotiating the best price possible at that time. Therefore, you save time and effort in getting quotes and information.
Where did Reality get my contact details from?
Sanlam Reality is a 100% owned Sanlam Company with a mandate to call Sanlam clients in order to offer a Sanlam product namely the Sanlam Reality lifestyle and wellness programme of the Sanlam Group to Sanlam clients. The company has been in existence for over 5 years.
Sanlam Reality only selects clients who have not opt-out of Sanlam Communications and marketing activities on their policy document that they would like to receive more Sanlam product offers in future. Clients that indicated “no marketing” are excluded from selection. Clients who do not wish to receive any marketing material can however at any time phone Sanlam to put a no marketing flag on their record and will not get any more marketing related calls from Sanlam.
When and how do I get my Welcome Pack?
It may take up to six weeks before members receive their welcome packs, as this depends on the postage system. Your welcome pack will include your Reality card and Reality Programme book.
