2FOR1 Dining Benefit
How does the free meal work?
The Reality 2FOR1 Dining benefit entitles you to a free meal (to a maximum value of R120) at a participating restaurant, when another meal of the same value or more is purchased at the full price. The free meal will be the cheaper meal. Therefore if your cheaper main meal is only R79 you will only receive R79 of your total bill but your cheaper free meal can be up to R120 only if the other main meal is of the same value (R120) or more.
Can I dine at any restaurant?
You can only dine at participating 2FOR1 Dining restaurants. There are currently 750 participating 2FOR1 Dining restaurants throughout South Africa.
How do I make a restaurant booking?
After deciding on your 2 venue options you would like to dine at, you can either book online here or call our call center on 0860 732 548/9 and follow the prompts.
Why must I choose 2 restaurant venue options?
We will try our best to make your booking with your first restaurant option. However, we cannot guarantee that you will get a booking there. If that is the case we will then make a booking at your second venue option.
How long in advance must I place my restaurant booking with the Reality call center?
You must place your booking 48 hours before you would like to dine at a certain restaurant.
Why must I make a booking 48 hours before the time?
This helps us give you good service. It gives us time to make a reservation at your first venue of choice and if we cannot get a booking for you there, allows us to make a booking at your second venue of choice.

How much do I pay?
You pay R130 for a treatment and get the second one free.
Must I book both my treatments at the same venue?
Yes you must do both your treatments at the same venue and cannot split them between venues.
How do I make a booking?
After deciding on your 2 venue options, you can either book online here or call our call center on 0860 732 548/9 and follow the prompts.
Must I do both treatments on the same day?
No, you can do your treatments (the one you paid for and the one for free) on separate days.

What does this benefit entitle me to?
The 2FOR1 Movies benefit allows you to buy a movie code for R30 and get another one free.
Where must I use these movie codes?
The 2FOR1 movie codes can only be used at Nu Metro cinemas nationwide.
How do I make a booking?
You must book online here.
Can I use the movie codes at other cinemas?
No, movie codes cannot be used at any other cinema besides Nu Metro.
What sort of movies does this entitle me to?
It entitles you to any latest release in 2D.
Can I use the movie codes for 3D or 4D movies?
No, it only entitles you to 2D movies and not 3D or 4D movies.
How do I get my movie codes?
Your movie codes will be smsed to you after your online purchase.
What do I do once I get my Movie codes?
All you need to do is quote the movie codes to the teller at any Nu Metro cinema and you will be issued a movie ticket for every code.
How many movie codes may I buy per day?
The maximum amounts of movie codes you may purchase are 4 per day. This entitles you to 8 movie codes.
How many movie codes may I buy per month?
A maximum of 6 movie codes may be purchased for the month. This entitles you to 12 movie codes.
Can I buy movie codes over the weekend for the weekend?
Any movie codes bought on this site after 12pm on a Friday will only be processed on a Monday. So if you plan to see a movie on the weekend, please ensure that you have submitted this booking form by 12pm on Friday.
What happens if I want to watch a movie on a public holiday?
If you are wanting to book for a public holiday, please submit your booking by no later than 12pm the day before the public holiday.
Does the movie code guarantee me a seat in a specific movie?
This movie code does not guarantee you a seat for a specific movie. Movies are to be booked by the individual at the theatre of your choice, subject to availability.
